Nneka Green, an experienced health professional founded the company with an objective to care for the aged via its old peoples' home facility and to provide an affordable top-notch diagnostic center for everyone. She runs a successful health care firm in Chicago, United States but felt unfulfilled without reproducing same structure in Nigeria. She believes that a reduce mortality rate in Nigeria is an effect of improved care among the aged and proper medical diagnosis for all. It also have an inbuilt supermarket , offices-to-let for various practitioners and a quarters for resident doctors, Nurses and other staff on emergency call.
